I took the instruction to the range, but teeing off with my three wood, I found this swing produced a pretty severe hook. My driver was better, long and high with a draw. Maybe Mr. Tamayo felt the need to keep the text within some range (this would have been better achieved by editing the rationale behind some of his teaching ), but I think a chapter on troubleshooting the swing would be highly welcomed. ...more

It is really for the golfer who doesn't have anytime to practice day in and day out but want to have a fundamentally sound swing. He explains the technicalities for formalities just so that the reader knows that he has thoroughly made his research but the best part is he can breakdown the key moves that matter in the swing so you don't have ...more

I read 3/4 of the book early before my Sunday round and was amazed at the improvement in my ball striking the very first time and with limited time to go through thepractice drills. I've gone from an 8 handicap to a 13 handicap, and thought about giving up the game. But since I am in the golf business, that would be difficult to do. I have read literally dozens of golf books, and spent thousands on lessons. I just finished this fantastic book in less than 24 hours, and I know this is the answer.
