If you play golf once a week or every day this book is a must read, especially if you are in the over 50 crowd and your range of motion has suffered from years of neglect, meaning stretching, weight training, fitness walking, biking etc. To jump out of the car and into the cart is an invitation for injury even if you are young and fit. I have read quite a few golf books and magazines, and the information contained within always claimed to be "easy" or "simple", and all that literature did was clutter my head with conflicting swing thoughts, and gave me a serious case of "analysis paralysis". The book is an easy read- informative without being technical and the right amount of anecdote is mixed in. The only negative I can find so far is the actual writing style. After hearing him talk & realizing his age at the time of publication the words don't seem to be his voice. It seems that editors style is most prevalent.
