Summary: Very Easy to Use
... I found the book very informative with good figures and explanations. The only drawback is the format trying to include many different trainer's hints after each chapter. Some of these, although useful, did not seem to match the topic discussed as well as they should. I am glad I bought it.

[2] Rating: 5 Date: 2008-12-24 Summary: Grand Slam of a Book ... Just as Tiger Woods is the real deal as a golfer and as a human, so is his book "How I Play Golf." I bought this book when it first came out. Seven years later, it continues to be a reference I use over and over. This book is well written, well organized, and is printed on high quality glossy stock. Everything about it is top notch, reflecting the excellence you expect from Tiger Woods. [2] ... Review | Ben Hogan's premise in this 1957 classic is driven home in bold letters: "THE AVERAGE GOLFER IS ENTIRELY CAPABLE OF BUILDING A REPEATING SWING AND BREAKING 80." Religions are founded on less, and Hogan's detailed analyses and illustrated demonstrations of grip, stance, posture, and the two basic components of the swing make up a sacred book. Though its very simplicity seems dated, this is the tome of technique that should serve as the foundation of every golf library....more
